Funding Programs for Businesses

Zero to low interest business loan funding programs are available for certified women owned and minority owned businesses. Shaundretta Boykins is your knowledgable resource to a wide variety of programs. Coffee & Conversations with Shaundretta Boykins, Manager of Business Solutions and Outreach in the Minority Business Development Division of the Ohio Department of Development. 

Shaundretta manages the State of Ohio Minority Business Direct Loan Program, Women’s Business Enterprise Loan Program, Minority Micro Enterprise Loan Program, the Minority Business Bonding Program. She is also the Procurement Solutions Manager and the Director of the statewide Minority Business Assistance Centers Network. In her role, she assists minority-owned businesses with access to capital, technical assistance, grants and procurement opportunities, to help them develop and grow.
