Ribbon Cutting - Third + Dayton Apartment Open House

Third + Dayton has nearly completed construction of 50 new apartment units in Downtown Hamilton. The property owner, Industrial Realty Group, LLC (IRG) renovated portions of the former Ohio Casualty building, creating one-bedroom units which are immediately available for rent and two-bedroom units available later this year.

Third + Dayton, with the Greater Hamilton Chamber, invite the public to tour the new space on Friday, March 6th from 4pm - 7:30pm. Leasing agents will be available at the open house to answer questions and provide lease applications.
