Please join us for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Primary Health Solutions! Prospect Hill is one of the two new health centers that opened on March 31st after the successful acquisition of the Dr. Chetna Mital, MD LLC practice. PHS is excited to add the additional expertise of Drs. Chetna and Anu Mital in their areas of internal medicine and nursing home care. We are accepting new patients and excited to provide additional access to those in the community who need primary care services.
