Rethinking Porkopolis & Open Doors Event

"Join Friends of Chrisholm and MetroParks of Butler County for an exhibition about how pigs and pork packing shaped the environment of Cincinnati and Southwest Ohio during the 1800's, and connected the region to the cotton economy of the Deep South. Open Doors, a statewide event, in which local sponsors open historic buildings and landmarks for public tours and programs. Join FFriends of Chrisholm & MetroParks of Butler County in honoring the history, design and stories of the Augspurger House at Chrisholm Historic Farmstead."
