Groundhog Economic Outlook Breakfast 2/2/18

The Chamber, in partnership with Access Business Development & Finance, will be hosting its 18th annual Groundhog Economic Outlook Breakfast.  The featured presenter will be Jim Russell, Vice President and Principal, Bahl & Gaynor Investment Counsel. 

Jim is responsible for portfolio management, investment research of the health care sector, and client service.  Prior to joining Bahl & Gaynor, Jim was the Senior Equity Strategist and Regional Investment Director of US Bank Wealth Management. His responsibilities included participation in establishing nationwide asset allocation, compliance oversight of investment professionals, thought leadership and media interaction and high net worth account management. He was a frequent public speaker at both client events and other investment-centric settings providing US Bank Wealth Management’s investment stance and outlook. Mr. Russell was a founder of US Bank’s Asset Management Group and reported to the Chief Investment Officer. He joined US Bank Wealth Management in 2007 and was promoted to Managing Director and Senior Vice President over the course of his tenure.
From 1994 through 2007, Mr. Russell was a Managing Director and Vice President at Fifth Third Bank and Fifth Third Asset Management. He began his tenure as an equity analyst covering the financial and industrial sectors. His roles and responsibilities included equity analysis, Equity Research Director, high net worth relationship management, Mutual Fund management and Director of Core Equity Strategy.
