Fill Your Cup: An Educator Self-Care Day

Saturday, August 10, 2024, 9:30A – 4:30P EDT, Double C Farm, Okeana, Ohio, 

Before the beginning of another school year, fill up your “cup” and take time to relax in nature and discover creative practices for your mind, body, and soul.

Educators and friends of educators are invited to a day of creative self-care and relaxation. Double C Farm is located within 15 to 20 minutes of Oxford, Ross, and Hamilton, Ohio, and 25 minutes from Brookville, Indiana. The Double C Farm contains woodlands with walking paths and an outdoor labyrinth.

Morning Session 9:30 – 11:30. Labyrinth Walk for relaxation, stress management and inspiration. This session includes facilitated labyrinth meditation, journaling prompts, small group discussion to fill you up and inspire you.

LUNCH BREAK – 11:30 – 12:30 Please bring your own lunch. Water, coffee and tea available. Microwave and refrigerator available.

Afternoon session 12:30- 4:30 SoulCollage®. You will receive a brief introduction to the SoulCollage® process and have time to create at least one card and use prompts to discover and share your inner wisdom.

Fee: $85 Please bring your own lunch and your journal. Water, tea and coffee available.
