CHIPs (Citywide Hamilton Internship Program) is designed to reduce barriers and create pathways to directly connect minorities to Hamilton businesses and organizations . CHIPs is an internship collaboration of Hamilton-based companies and organizations that have joined forces to create local opportunities for people of color.
