Coffee & Conversations is a relaxed virtual meeting featuring George Bowman with Butler Behavioral Health sharing about Workplace Associates. 

Workplace Associates is a non-profit component of Butler Behavioral Health Services. Since 1994, Workplace Associates has helped to "Quietly Create Taxpayers" by offering career services to individuals with a range of challenges and disabilities. Every word matters, according to the "Minimum Needed Intervention" approach, which is upheld by BBHS/Workplace Associates. We provide job coaching, community assessments, pre-employment and many other career specific supports.  

We believe it is honorable and respectful to promote maximum independence while still offering the necessary supports. For those who have an employment hurdle connected to a disability, we offer employment services.  Additionally, only clients who qualify for and are referred by the Butler County Community Mental Health Board or the Butler County Board of Developmental Disabilities are permitted to participate in services sponsored by those organizations.
