With an awareness that in the United States every 12 seconds someone dies in a motor vehicle crash, every 10 seconds a motor vehicle injury occurs, and every 5 seconds a crash occurs, the impact of traffic crashes on a company’s productivity due to short- or long-term absence can be devastating. With local crash data, Butler County Safe Communities will share why employers need to focus on traffic safety awareness and education and how it can impact the bottom-line for businesses in the community.
