The Chamber's Annual Meeting will be held on Friday, January 27 at Spooky Nook Champion Mill Conference Center. This important event includes the welcoming of new Board members and officers and the presentation of the 2022 Citizen of the Year Award to Neil Cohen.  

The keynote speaker is Chef Mindy Livengood-Shea, contestant on Season 21 of "Hell's Kitchen" and owner of Chef Mindy's Kitchen.

Chef Mindy is an advocate for farm-to-table cooking. Growing up on a small working farm, Chef Mindy learned to be resourceful in finding ingredients that were fresh and available. She went off to college and started out as an EMT and then decided to go back to business school. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Walden University and began working in the accounting department at Hospice of Dayton. She went on to finish her Masters of Science in Business Administration at Capella University and went on to work in Medical Staff Services office at Kettering Medical Center. During this time, Chef Mindy’s desire to be a farm-to-table chef never wavered. In 2019, Chef Mindy left the hospital and opened a small catering company in West Chester and started working as the Brunch Chef at Cozy’s Café in Liberty Township. In early 2022, Chef Mindy went to study under Gordon Ramsay, Christina Wilson and Jayson Santo in California as a contestant on Hell’s Kitchen, season 21. She plays 2^nd base and relief pitcher for a semi-professional softball team in Dayton, and enjoys training for obstacle races and triathlons. Chef Mindy’s favorite thing to cook is Asian Fusion.
