Anderson Distinguished Lecture Series: Ray Kurzweil

The 2018 Anderson Distinguished Lecture Series presents Ray Kurzweil, acclaimed inventor, author and futurist. Thursday, November 8th from 7:00 – 8:00PM in Millett Hall. The event is free and open to the public. No tickets are required. The purpose of this lecture series is to expose students, faculty and the public to opinion leaders whose ideas will impact business and society. These leaders have developed a national reputation for expertise related to the subject matter of their presentation. Past distinguished lecturers include: 2017: Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple Computer. 2016: Madeleine Albright, Former U.S. Secretary of State and Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient 2015: Robert Gates, Former U.S. Secretary of Defense and Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient The Miller Center for Student Disability Services can assist in coordinating accommodations.
