5K and 1 Year Anniversary Party Spooky Nook Fitness
Join our Pump & Run 5k at 8am!! You can bench press your weight to earn time on your 5k or skip the bench and go straight to our 5k course at 9am! After our Pump & Run we will host an after party 10-2pm for our 1 year Anniversary Party!! Included will be Cheese N Chong food truck, Beer Cart, Clean Eatz Meal prep, Nothing Bundt Cakes and so much more! Meet our Personal Trainers and explore our Fitness Center!!
