Vendors must supply your own tent\, table\, chairs\, etc.  Electric and water will not be available.  Event will be held rain or shine\, no refunds.\n\n\n\nIf you need more than a 10' x 10' space\, please contact us at 513.844.1500.\n\n\n\n*Booth space is guaranteed by payment in full.\n\n *If vendor cancels after July 23\, 2025 no refund will be issued.\n\n\n\n*Food Trucks and any vendors selling food at Hamilpalooza - It is the responsibility of any vendor selling food to have the proper permitting from the City of Hamilton Health Dept.
